Assistant QAQC Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant QA/QC Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and control systems in the production of precast concrete products. This includes conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, preparing quality documentation, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues. The role also involves training team members, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and monitor QA/QC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and materials.

Documentation: Prepare and review quality-related documents, such as test reports, quality plans, and method statements.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Training: Provide guidance and training to QA/QC team members.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to codes, specifications, and standards relevant to precast concrete manufacturing.

Job Requirements

Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience: Several years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in the concrete or construction industry.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of QA methodologies, and proficiency in tools like ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
