Corporate Sales Executive

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and project updates to management.


Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within the home appliance, retail, or consumer electronics sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing corporate accounts, and negotiating high-value contracts. Experience in working with large corporate clients, including property developers, retailers, and distributors.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits to corporate clients.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales data and market trends.
