Executive – Production Planning and Document Control
Job Summary
Work together with the Logistics, Purchasing, Detailer, Production,
Warehouse and Sales Team in the production planning and control to ensure all
jobs, projects, SRRM, VO completed and deliver on time.
Job Responsibilities
1. Print, sort
and arrange Jobs/ SDO/ SRVO Projects production order/ drawings/ cut list
2. To do
sorting for all production order copy and standby in pigeon hole for section
head.
3. PPC file
upload to “Owncloud” daily by end of the day.
4. Update monthly
capacity by daily morning before start job planning.
5. Manage and
control overall schedule to ensure production complete in time.
6. To prepare
monthly report:-
- IMR charges report
- WIP report
- Production Planning VS Actual Completion report
7. Co-responding
on all email regarding job status and schedule.
8. Flow IMR
immediately after received from detailer.
9. To monitor
sample requisition which is handle by Production Admin Assistant.
10. To liaise
with Purchasing to ensure all the relevant material / accessories / fittings
arrived before start production.
11. To check
and ensure all documents to be proceed flow to production with complete set
come together with cutlist and drawings if any. Any incompleteness is required
immediately request with detailer.
12. Plan and
provide the target delivery date to Delivery / Logistic department to confirm
delivery date with customers.
13. Receive
jobs from Delivery Department with confirm delivery date and proceed to for
production accordingly.
14. Maintain, organize,
review and update documents for quality control and QEMS documentation.
15. Any ad hoc task arrange by management.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
- Strong Production Planning & Scheduling and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide teams effectively.
