Executive – Project Sales

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  2. Schedule appointments and conduct product presentations for developers, architects, interior designers, and other commercial clients to secure sales.
  3. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  4. Build and maintain customer relationships, proactively addressing client needs through site visits and meetings.
  5. Oversee project progress after tender submission, managing each phase from start to finish.
  6. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Prepare and present periodic project reports to management.
  8. Coordinate with logistics to arrange and ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
  11. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  12. Handle additional duties as assigned.
