Executive – Project Sales
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Schedule appointments and conduct product presentations for developers, architects, interior designers, and other commercial clients to secure sales.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, proactively addressing client needs through site visits and meetings.
- Oversee project progress after tender submission, managing each phase from start to finish.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present periodic project reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics to arrange and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
