Job Summary

Assist in various administrative and operational tasks related to human resources within the construction industry. This role involves supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, with a focus on meeting the specific needs of the construction workforce.

Job Responsibilities

1.      Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining                   candidate records, and assisting in onboarding

2.      Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and                   company procedures.

3.      Assist with organizing and scheduling training programs, workshops, and                   seminars.

4.      Assist with updating and maintaining employee records and databases

5.      Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team, including                     document filing, record keeping, and handling phone/email inquiries.

6.      Assist in HR-related projects, including employee surveys and engagement                 activities.

7.      Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management

 


Job Requirements

·        Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business                         Administration, or a related field

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
