QA/QC Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and specifications.
Quality Control:
- Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Conduct tests to verify the quality of concrete and precast elements.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and production processes.
- Prepare reports and submit findings to management.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify defects or inefficiencies in production and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and product quality.
Training and Supervision:
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Supervise quality control activities to ensure consistency.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during production and testing.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance and Quality Control are often preferred.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate or experience in precast concrete production or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with concrete technology, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to precast concrete.
