QAQC Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the implementation and enforcement of the quality assurance and quality control systems in multiple construction projects. This role ensures that all work complies with regulatory standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Oversee all inspection and testing activities, ensuring materials and workmanship comply with contract specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality audits.
- Identify, document, and address non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure all personnel are aware of quality standards and procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
