Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
- Set sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue projections.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize sales processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management
- Experience with pharmacies, hospital & clinic would be advantage.
