Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  • Set sales goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue projections.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize sales processes.



Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience with pharmacies, hospital & clinic would be advantage.
