Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation, and onboarding
  2. Adopt innovative, cost effective, efficient strategies and methodologies for talent acquisition and employer branding
  3. Proactively build and maintain talent pipeline for organizational effectiveness.
  4. Participate in career fairs, career talks and networking events organized by universities, colleges, professional bodies, recruitment vendors and government bodies
  5. Keep track of talent acquisition cost, timeline and records
  6. Participate in continuous improvement or special projects of People and Culture department
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing, engineering, recruitment or executive search industries
  • Familiar with various talent sourcing channels
  • Resourceful, proactive and result oriented
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
