Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation, and onboarding
- Adopt innovative, cost effective, efficient strategies and methodologies for talent acquisition and employer branding
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipeline for organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in career fairs, career talks and networking events organized by universities, colleges, professional bodies, recruitment vendors and government bodies
- Keep track of talent acquisition cost, timeline and records
- Participate in continuous improvement or special projects of People and Culture department
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing, engineering, recruitment or executive search industries
- Familiar with various talent sourcing channels
- Resourceful, proactive and result oriented
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
